Shop policies
Most of my designs are based on my favourite animals, and I love each item to have its own character.
I currently make all my creatures at home in the spare room, I have a few little helpers (my family) who help me finish orders and provide cups of tea when things get a little hectic!

I gift wrap all orders and I am more than happy to include a personalised card if the order is for a gift, just leave a note or send me a message with the details.
If the wrong address is supplied to me or the parcel is returned to me the buyer will have to re-pay postage costs in order to have it re delivered.
All customs charges are to be paid by the buyer!
